Freedom of Rock Fest reserves the right to update these rules and regulations as needed.
Alcoholic Beverages
Everyone attending Freedom of Rock Fest needs to understand that alcohol is permitted only because of the Pine Creek Township Volunteer Fire Company liquor license. PLCB will be onsite to verify Pennsylvania alcohol rules are being followed, and they have the authority to stop alcohol consumption if rules are not followed.
The Freedom of Rock Fest Board Members are planning for this event to continue for years to come. Please help make this a great music festival and help raise money for local breast cancer patients.
Alcoholic beverages may be brought into Jefferson County Fairgrounds only by guests with an RV site with hookups, primitive RV site, or tent site. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only in the RV and tent site areas.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stage venue area, including the 10 x 10 popup tent area.
Pine Creek Township Volunteer Fire Company will be the alcohol vendor at Freedom of Rock Fest. They will serve 6 to 8 varieties of draft beer and Straub Sangria, a fruity spritzer. Sixteen-ounce beers will be $3.00.
If you are repeatedly caught bringing your own alcoholic beverages into the stage venue area or the 10 x 10 popup tent area, you will be banned from the premises for the rest of the three-day event.
If you do not have an RV site or tent site, you will not be allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into the fairgrounds.
Please eat, drink, and be merry in moderation. Drink responsibly, enjoy the music, and have fun with friends and family.
Underage Drinking and Wristbands
There is zero tolerance for underage drinking. Underage guests are required to have a parent or guardian sign a consent form to attend.
If an underage guest is caught drinking, the guest and the parent or guardian who signed for the guest will both be asked to leave the fairgrounds and will not be welcome back.
Underage guests will wear special color wristbands so Security and Staff can identify them easily. If you see underage drinking, report it to Security or Staff Members.
Wristbands are required everywhere in the fairgrounds. If you are not wearing a wristband, you will be escorted to retrieve it or to the Security Tent to pay for entry.
If you are at the event without a wristband and do not want to purchase one, you will be escorted out. If you try to reenter the fairgrounds property, the State Police will be called and you may be prosecuted for trespassing.

Professional Equipment
Professional camera equipment, professional video equipment, and professional recording equipment are not permitted in the venue area. Cell phones are the only permitted devices for pictures and videos.

Weapons

Behavioral Etiquette
Be respectful to everyone at the music event. This includes not disrespecting or taunting the bands and not walking through RV or camping sites. Treat others how you would like to be treated.
Stay off the stage unless invited by a Staff Member. Stay out of the pit area in front of the stage, do not try to go backstage to see or talk to band members, do not throw objects at band members or the stage, and be respectful to band members as they make their way to or from the dressing rooms.
When the bands are done for the day and it is past midnight, be respectful to campers around you and keep noise at a tolerable level in and heading to your camping area.
RV Sites and Tent Sites
A trash crew comes through the RV and tent sites at least once daily. Please put trash in trash bags and place them near the gravel road. The trash crew will pick up any trash bags you leave after departing.
Above-ground campfires are allowed. Campfires on the ground are not allowed. Dispose of ashes in a trash bag after they have cooled completely. Do not burn anything other than wood.
All RV and tent campers will receive a parking permit when they arrive. Park your vehicle in your RV site or tent site. If you do not have room in your site, park somewhere nearby while making sure you are not impeding someone else's RV or tent area. Please be neighborly.
This is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds for tickets, RV sites, tent sites, T-shirt sales, or games of chance sales, including 50/50.
Most important of all, please leave your RV site or tent site the way you found it, or cleaner and nicer.
Thank you for your support. Please have a great time and come again next year.
